Windows Update failed to install because the component store is corrupted or missing required files.
Run DISM and SFC commands: Open Command Prompt as Administrator, run 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' then 'sfc /scannow'. Restart and try updating again.
